Smooth order and good quality

I ordered a Mako-Satin Bettwäsche set and a couple of Dekokissen from Ibena Shop. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no hiccups there. Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable for an international delivery to the US. Everything arrived well-packaged. The Mako-Satin Bettwäsche feels very smooth, exactly as described, and the Dekokissen are a nice addition to my sofa. I had a quick question about washing instructions for the pillows, and customer support replied within a day. They answered my question clearly. One pillow had a tiny loose thread, but it was easy to snip off. Overall, a solid experience and good quality products.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This isn't my first time buying from Ibena, and they consistently deliver. I previously bought a Renforcé Bettwäsche set, and this time I got a Flanell Bettwäsche for winter. The quality is just as good as I remember from my last order, very soft and warm. Shipping was around the same speed, about a week, which is what I've come to expect. Their products really hold up after multiple washes too. I did notice the website layout changed a bit since my last purchase, took a moment to find what I wanted.

Nice blanket, good feel

I got the Wohndecke mit Fransen a few weeks ago and it's super soft. It took maybe 5 days to get here to California, which was fine. The fringe gets a little tangled if you're not careful, but overall I really like it.

Nice blanket, quick shipping

I ordered a Kuscheldecke last week. It got here pretty fast, took like 4 days to reach Austin. The blanket is super soft, exactly what I wanted for movie nights. I just wish there were more color options for that specific one.

Reliable quality, as always

This was my third time ordering from Ibena Shop, and they didn't disappoint. I got some Mako-Satin Bettwäsche this time. The quality is consistently good, just like the Baumwolldecke I bought a while back. Delivery was a day later than expected, but it wasn't a huge deal. It's why I keep coming back, the products really last.

Loved my new bathrobes!

Wow, I just received my Bademantel order from Ibena Shop, and I'm so happy! I got two of them, one for me and one for my partner. They are incredibly soft and feel really luxurious, way better than my old one from another brand. The sizing was just right too. I already told my sister about them, she's looking for new towels. The only tiny thing was the tracking info didn't update for a day or so, but it still arrived in good time! I'm definitely shopping here again, maybe for some new Kissenhüllen next.

Loved my new Wohndecke!

Just received my new Wohndecke with fringe from Ibena and it's absolutely gorgeous! The quality is amazing, super soft and just what I wanted for my living room. I already have my eye on a few other things. Delivery was quicker than I thought, took about 5 days to reach me in California. I'm definitely shopping here again and recommending them to my friends!

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I bought a Baumwolldecke and a couple of Handtücher. The blanket is really soft and feels durable, and the towels are plush, just as I hoped. The prices were fair, especially with a small discount I found. Delivery did take a full 8 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a little long, but everything was well-packed when it arrived. I wish they had more detailed tracking updates during transit. Still, the products themselves are great, and I'd consider buying from them again for the quality.
